These boards are now rare as Tascam mounted them in such a way that if the unit gets dropped or bashed this board gets smashed to pieces

best I have seen being 83 mA worse 200+ mA

Fostex R8 G16S 12 pin remote front panel socket you can see everythingThis is the socket that's on the inside of the R8 that the front panel attaches too it maybe interesting if someone wants to construct an extension lead and have your recorder a few metres apart as this could be mounted in a box and then you need find or already have the 12 pin connector plug. I have another like this I think was from a G16 , its the same socket but different molex plugs, If you need a specific one , let me know.
